MORGAN REYNOLDS

Morgan Reynolds is a founding partner of Blueline Equity Partners. A native of Denver, Colorado, Morgan has worked in the multifamily space for over 20 years. His primary responsibilities within the company include acquisitions, underwriting, equity sourcing, debt sourcing, and disposition timing. Morgan began his real estate career in 1995, working in the Acquisitions department for Denver based Affordable Residential Communities (ARC). In this role, he visited, underwrote, and performed due diligence on hundreds of mobile home communities across the country. Morgan graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1993, and lives in Denver with his wife and three children.

STEVE DANIEL

Steve Daniel is a founding partner of Blueline Equity Partners. Steve’s focus within the partnership has been deal sourcing, debt and equity sourcing, and construction management of their various projects. He is originally from Austin, Texas where he began his career working with two commercial real estate development companies — Scott Young Properties and Zydeco Development. Steve was responsible for the leasing of a portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial property. He also oversaw the acquisition and construction management of over a million square feet of new industrial and office properties. Steve is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in finance and lives in Conifer, Colorado.

Sarah Knight

Sarah Knight has been providing tax and advisory services to Blueline Equity Partners since its inception in 2008. In May of 2020 Sarah formally joined the team to provide more dedicated financial and deal support. Sarah has an extensive background in both commercial and multi-family real estate including acquisitions, development, equity sourcing, compliance and structuring. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver Law School where she obtained a Masters of Taxation.
